M1A Jack Concern

I just had an M1A installed in my guitar. However, I had to use a good bit of force to get my instrument cable all the way into the jack, and then I had to do the same to get it back out. Is this normal?

Hey Andrew,
The jacks that come with all of our products tend to start out a little tight. This really makes the jacks themselves last much longer. They should loosen up after a few weeks of use though.
