missing a saddle on an xbridge - just the saddle, how to buy another?

My x-bridge is missing a saddle insert that sits on the bridge. Can I buy another? And then insert atop the piezo?
---(assuming I can get a replacement). Is the only other option (if LR Baggs cannot provide replacement parts)
to move on to a ghost system from Stew Mac. Hate to do that because my x-bridge is new and unused. wow what a waste to discard it.

Any response and follow thru would be great. going on a month since I have tried to get a response.
