T bridge & Ctrl x - (for 2 outputs)

Hello,

I am currently installing a t bridge and a ctrl x on an LP with a volume and a tone.
Could you provide me with a wiring diagram that I can perform the assembly for 2 output jacks ?

The first output jack would be connected to magnetic pickup and should be able to be adjusted by a volume and a tone.

The second output jack would be connected to the ctrl x in order to be able to obtain the signal of the piezo pickup and the magnetic pickups simultaneously, while having the possibility of adjusting the volume of each and the tone of the magnetic pickups.

Will it be necessary to add an additional volume in this configuration ?
