Hello all, this is my first post. Back early 2020 just before Covid hit I bought the whole set of Align Pedals for my acoustic guitar. One of the last pedals I bought was the Align Active DI because I rarely use it but wanted to complete my set of pedals. Well last week I needed to use the Active DI for the first time via XLR since purchase only to find there's no signal being received at the PA, only static noise. I've reached out to GAK UK where I bought it and they passed me onto LR Baggs Support. Obviously I'm out of warranty but I feel aggrieved I bought a faulty pedal and didnt have the opportunity to test it. I just trusted the brand to be OK. See pic of my pedal board with the Active DI output via 1/4 jack to amp. This works ok but not XLR?
