NO Signal to the board with Align EQ

Straight through is excellent, beautifully clean. But, when engaging the EQ pedal, I cannot get a signal out. Any idea what I may be doing wrong??

How are you powering the pedal?

If you're using a battery, have you checked to make sure it's good?

The Align EQ is a True-Bypass pedal, so it will pass a signal when it's bypassed, even if it's not connected to adequate power.

The pedal is powered via a Voodoolab 2, using a 9-volt plug. The EQ is placed between the Tuner and the Reverb. Everything one the board, except the tuner and the reverb are LRB products.

Is the light coming on when you engage the pedal?

Also, are sure you're using a mono/unbalanced cable going into the input of the EQ? The pedal won't turn on correctly if you're using a stereo/balanced cable.
