Phase button on my Venue literally cracked in 2

Has anyone had this happen? I went to press the phase button and it stuck. When I looked closer it had cracked in the middle and got stuck. I barely use that button and was dialing in sound for a new guitar.

I've seen that happen a handful of times. It's definitely not common.

Same thing happened to mine although it still function,I had my Venue for 8 years and some knobs lately seem to eroding ,I wonder if it is possible to buy new ones
