Venue DI hum

Hi…I am new to the forum, but I have been using LR Baggs products for years….
My Venue DI recently acquired a hum when it’s plugged in…I always transport it in the case, and it wasn’t mishandled….Does anyone here have a solution?

Thanks for reaching out.

Are you getting the same noise when using a battery or a power supply?

Have you tried the ground/lift switch on the back?

Are you getting the same noise from the 1/4" output and the XLR output?
