When I select 1 preset on the pedal and then copy to the phone, I was expecting only 1 preset to be copied to the phone. What happens is multiple copies of the 1 preset are copied. I tried this with several different presets. Sometimes there are just 2 copied to the phone, but I have had as many as 6 copies of 1 preset ending up in the phone library after the copy operation was completed. Please advise as to what is going on, as I would expect only 1 copy of the selected preset to be copied onto the phone. I am using an android galaxy S22. Thank you.

Trouble copying presets from pedal to phone

I have version 1.0.5. The issue is still there. Also the drag and drop feature where you should be able to change the order of the presets as listed on the phone does not appear to be working either.
Interested note on my previous post about the offline preset editing note working, it is now working.

Regarding the drag-and-drop issue, is that on the pedal side of the Preset Library or the Phone side?
I saw that the issue with the controls not showing up in Offline Mode is working now, but I'm also able to copy presets from the pedal to the phone and I'm only getting one instance of the preset. If you're still having that issue, I might need to try it on another phone.

The drag and drop is working on the pedal side. It does not work on the phone side. The way the drag and drop works is confusing. When a preset is selected and dragged to a another location that is already occupied and then dropped, it replaces the preset that was there, but it also erases it... boom..it's gone. I was expecting this feature to insert the preset that is being dragged or swap it, not erase anything. IMO, presets should not be erased unless specifically designated to be erased. As a result, IMO, this feature is more scary than useful.
Regrading the multiple copy issue, this issue keeps getting worse. For example, the last time I tried this, I erased all presets from my phone and then selected 10 presets from the pedal to be copied to the phone. This operation ended up copying 72 presets to my phone. It seems like the presets that I am erasing on my phone are not actually being erased even though the phone shows no presets after I erase them, but then they all show up again after I copied the 10 new presets from the pedal to the phone. The phone files keep accumulating because they are never actually erased. I am speculating about these "ghost" files, and I only present this to help explain what I am seeing.
Please let me know if I can provide more information on this. Thanks

The presets on the pedal are in numbered slots. If you were able to drag and drop a preset, instantly reordering all of the presets in each slot, it would take about a minute for the pedal to reorder everything on the pedal. It's complicated, but suffice it to say that the way that it is set up now makes the most sense for how the processor is designed.
I'm bummed that you're still getting the multiple copies issue. I still haven't been able to reproduce it. If you want to email me directly at , maybe I can get some more info from you so I can get our app team more deeply involved.
