Knobs to replace Sound Hole Knobs

[FONT=Calibri][FONT=Arial]I bought a new Gibson Dove a few years ago and it came with the L R Baggs Pickup System (I think it’s called [/FONT][FONT=Arial][COLOR=#2e2d2b]LR Baggs VTC pickup system)[/COLOR][/FONT][/FONT]
[B][FONT=Calibri][FONT=Arial][COLOR=#2e2d2b]And YES; the GUITAR and PICKUP sound Great!![/COLOR][/FONT][/FONT][/B]
[FONT=Calibri][FONT=Arial][COLOR=#2e2d2b]BUT ALAS; I have trouble with the Volume Tone controls inside the Sound hole.[/COLOR][/FONT][/FONT][LIST][*][COLOR=#2e2d2b][FONT=Calibri][FONT=Arial]I totally understand why they do this to preserve the Great Guitar; but I’m so Old School; used; used to the Volume Knob on the Guitar; like my Taylors etc. And this throws me at Gigs and in Studio [/FONT][/FONT][/COLOR][*][COLOR=#2e2d2b][FONT=Calibri][FONT=Arial](And YES; I know I could use a Pedal or Preamp on Mic Stand; I actually own all that LOL, but prefer a knob)[/FONT][/FONT][/COLOR][/LIST][B][FONT=Calibri][FONT=Arial][COLOR=#2e2d2b]SO is there a Volume Knob, (or Preamp w/knobs) that would work with the Pick Up the GIBSON DOVE came with… that you could recommend installing on the Guitar??[/COLOR][/FONT][/FONT]
