iPad App?

Hey Caleb, i seem to recall that you said that while the app would run on an iPad, it's designed for the iPhone and best used with the iPhone, but that there would be an ipad app coming. has that happened?

We've been pretty focused on getting the Android app built, so the iPad app hasn't been a priority. The iPhone app works perfectly fine on the iPad, it's just that the graphics are slightly out of proportion. After the Android app releases, I'm sure we'll revisit the idea of a dedicated iPad app.

The mics differ between iOS units. I'm not sure by how much, but I'm sure it makes some difference when "measuring" for a voiceprint. Does the app take into consideration which iPhone is being used?

The mics used in iOS devices vary, but not by much. They're all relatively flat, with only a few dB of difference at certain frequencies. For that reason, we really haven't had to do much customization in the app for use with different phone models.

Ok, makes sense :-) I guess the iPad mics are pretty much the same, so I might just try using that to create some prints. The mic on my iPhone 6 has been around...and have probably seen better days :-D
