VPDI Error

My VPDI app keeps giving me the following error ... "AcousticLive keeps stopping" followed by three options (1) App info (2) Close App (3) Send Feedback.

In addition to this, I can't bring up the voiceprint that I made on either the app or the pedal.

Sorry to hear about your trouble. I can troubleshoot with you more quickly if you want to email me directly at [email][email protected][/email].

It sounds like you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app at the very least. If it's crashing like that. it's probably the best place to start.

Already tried uninstall-reinstall; ... did not fix the problem.

What phone and OS version are you using?

Phone is Samsung Galaxy A13. Software Android ver 12.

Would you mind sending me an email at [email][email protected][/email]? That way I can send this information to our development team and we can work on getting this fixed. I've not seen consistent app crashing in close to 2 years, so this is a very strange situation.

By chance, have you hit the button that says "send feedback"? That should send an error report to our development team as well.
