massive hum in voiceprints except 1 original print

Hi, Ive had this since June and everything was great until I updated firmware, now any new voiceprints I do have a hum to them, and 2 of 3 of my old ones are the same, only 1 is clean. I have done all the obvious things, changed cables, isolated AC, factory reset the Voiceprint pedal, deleted all presets and started over, any ideas???

Hey Tim,
Is this hum a low-frequency hum? Or a higher frequency hiss? I don't think I've heard of any hum issues with the VPDI yet.

Have you tried different instruments/pickups yet?

It’s low frequency like a ground loop but much louder, I have tried 3 different guitars
