Swiss Things

so i've got an electric pedalboard and an acoustic pedalboard, and i want to share pedals, could i hook my guitar up to an Earthquaker Swiss Things, have one output go to the VPDI and the other to my amp? theoretically, i know it would work, but would it greatly effect tone?

I think that should work just fine!

The Swiss Things is buffered, so it shouldn't cause any noise, popping, or signal quality loss that I can tell. It looks like a super cool solution!
