Tuner pedal + voiceprint

I've been having a weird issue where if I put the tuner pedal before the voiceprint, there's an audible "pop" when engaging and disengaging the tuner pedal. I've been using the mute button before tuning, but this is somewhat annoying. Anyone else have this issue? Should I put the tuner pedal in the effects loop?

That kind of pop usually happens if the pedal drastically changes the impedance going into the DI. If your tuner has a switch that allows it to be used with a "buffered bypass", that should fix it. If your tuner is only true-bypass, you may need to put it in the FX Loop.
