Voiceprint Muting Itself

Hi, I work for a guitar shop and we've recently got this pedal in store. We've run into the problem of the VPDI muting itself after a few seconds of playing once we've created a voiceprint. I've tried going back to the Presets tab and manually selecting a different Voiceprint and then switching back to my desired Voiceprint and it still mutes itself after a few seconds. I've tried turning up a little of the Antifeedback to no avail as well as turning down the gain on both the amp and the guitar to no avail. Am I missing something here?

Hey Noah,
I've seen that a few times now. If you uninstall and reinstall the app, that should take care of it.
