The volume knob on the pedal is not doing anything. Is the level control only in the app?

The Volume pot on the pedal is analog, and not adjustable in the app. Since it is analog it should adjust the volume of the pedal when presets are engaged, and when the "effects" are bypassed.

Maybe there is something wrong because even if the VPDI volume is fully counter clockwise. There is still sound coming.

Are you using the XLR or 1/4" outputs? The Volume won't affect the FX Loop send's level.

Also, are you noticing any level change at all when adjusting the Volume?

1/4 outputs. No, I dont notice any volume change at all.

That is really odd. I will have to talk to some of our engineers and see if we can reproduce the issue. I can't think of any reason why it would behave like that, aside from a bad connection. Even then, it should crackle or make noise when moving it around.

This is weird because other knobs work fine. I have been using this pedal for days and it works fine. I just noticed that the volume knob is not doing anything. I tried resetting the pedal and it is still the same. All the other knobs are working as it should be except the volume knob. Which is not doing anything. Sound level is the same fully clockwise or fully counter clockwise.

If the volume knob is analog, is a software update not gonna fix this? Is it possible that i received a faulty unit?

The volume is analog, so the pedal software/firmware shouldn't affect it at all. Why don't you email me at [email protected] and we can figure out how to get that taken care of.
