Hi all. How do I return the VP to factory settings? I want to erase VPs on the pedal. I've deleted them in the app, but I can't seem to erase them from the pedal. Thanks!

Hi Jennconducts,
At the bottom of the app window there is a Presets menu option. Select this and at the top of the presets page there are two options, Pedal or Phone. Hopefully from there you should be able to erase Pedal presets when connected to the pedal.

To restore the pedal to the factory default, unplug the pedal from power, press and hold the Anti-FB, Voice, and Pad, and plug the power in. After 3 seconds, release the buttons and the pedal will reset. In the app, you can delete all of your presets manually, or just reinstall the app.Comment
