Using both Voiceprint DI outputs into a multi channel amplifier

I use a Schertler David amplifier in performance. It is a three channel amplifier including a channel with XLR inputs and another channel with regular quarter inch guitar inputs. Would there be any advantage to using both inputs simultaneously to shape sound from the amplifier? The sound contouring controls for each channel are similar, but the XLR channel in has a few extra tweaks available to it. Anyone ever try something like this?

I can't think of any benefit from running both outputs into your amp. If anything, you could cause phase problems.

It's probably best to just stick to a single output from the DI. It won't hurt anything if you want to play around with it though.
