Firmware 1.1 update & now pearl won't pair to Bluetooth/app

Hello,
New Voiceprint owner; took the pedal out of the box, followed the instructions; pedal paired perfectly. Made a voiceprint (sounds nice BTW), loaded it into the pedal. All good so far; noticed that a Bluetooth firmware update was available; followed the instructions exactly as indicated; boom - pedal will not pair. Stalls out on the screen before success. I did the "Bond Clear" thing, and it still won't pair.
Any help Caleb?
BTW, the voiceprint I did make sounded quite good.

"Bond" ", "Clear", and "PASS".... wait for the "PASS" before trying.... for some reason it wasn't showing "PASS". After watching the Bluetooth pairing/unpairing videos, and getting a "PASS", all good here - can't wait to make some more voiceprints!! BTW, I own a session, venue, and an eq pedal as well as 6 anthem pickups - you folks make fine stuff.

Glad that you got it figured out. I've talked with a couple of people who've been stuck on that after updating the Bluetooth. I'll look into it and see if there's something that can be done about it.

Im having same problem except mine got stuck trying to update firmware and can't get it to pair ever since. I've forgotten the device and restarted my iphone, deleted the app numerous times and it won't pair.

I replied to your email this morning with some detailed instructions on how to reset the Bluetooth connection on the pedal and the phone. If you follow those steps, you should be good to go.

Hey Dave,
We had to make a few small parts changes due to supply chain issues, so the "newer" Voiceprints say V1.1, while the original units say 1.0. They're actually the same Firmware version, but we needed to be able to tell the difference in the hardware without opening up the pedals. Once we release a real Firmware update, both versions of the pedal will be updated to V1.2.

Functionally, both versions of the pedal are the same. It's just a behind-the-scenes thing that we needed to be able to track.
